Our Delivery Policies

Free Shipping on orders over €85.

We use A Post for our delivery and we do our best to ship orders the same day if they are ordered before 4pm, otherwise we ship them as fast as we can the following day.

Disclaimer: We cannot offer next day delivery when it is Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays and orders made during the weekend and bank holidays may take a few days to arrive. We usually post the orders the same day before 4pm or straight away the next day. We apologise if the order takes longer to arrive some days, this may be if the post office is busy/at busier times of the year.

UK Orders: Goods sold to customers in the UK are liable to UK VAT and custom duties on entry to the UK.

Please note: VAT is paid on receipt of the goods for any goods sent to the UK and custom charges may apply.

Online order returns policy

At The Shoe Parlour, we want to make your experience with us as easy and stress-free as possible. This is why we want to make purchasing goods online as simple as purchasing them in any of our stores.

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund on any goods purchased online.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

The goods must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

If you don’t have the original packaging please use a similar packaging bag so the box is protected in transit.

We won’t accept a return if it’s not in the original box or it isn’t in a resaleable condition.

If you return the box and it’s damaged there will be a €5 deduction from your refund.

Please include a note with your name, order number and amount paid in the box when returning an order. If it is possible, please include some form of contact details too such as an email address or telephone number so we can inform you when your refund is issued.

Disclaimer: Unfortunately we are not able to cover the cost to post the items back to us and we do not refund the shipping charge once the order is shipped. We deeply apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

In-store purchase returns policy

The Shoe Parlour is happy to offer an exchange or credit note for any and all goods returned in a saleable condition.

You must have both the original receipt and the box for the shoes. It also must be returned within 14 days of purchasing.

We do not offer refunds on unwanted goods.
