Our Delivery Policies
Free Shipping on orders over €90 (Within Ireland).

Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
We do our best to fulfill orders the same day as the order is made if the order is placed before 3pm, otherwise we fulfill them as fast as we can the following day. Once the parcel is handed over to an post it may take up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive to you.
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days please feel free to contact us and we can fill in a missing parcels/delayed parcels form with an Post for you.

DPD - €6 Republic of Ireland Delivery Only!
Please note that once your order is created we will need time to package your order and schedule a pickup with DPD. Once your parcel has gone through the DPD network it should arrive to you within 1-3 working days.

Disclaimer: We cannot offer next day fulfilment of orders when it is Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays and orders made during the weekend and bank holidays may take a few days to arrive. We usually fulfil the orders the same day before 4pm or straight away the next day. We apologise if the order takes longer to arrive some days, this may be if the post office is busy/at busier times of the year.
UK Orders: Goods sold to customers in the UK are liable to UK VAT and custom duties on entry to the UK. When returning goods from the UK the parcel may be subject to customs duties and may incur in a customs charge and a delay with your parcel being returned to us. Please email us before ordering from the UK.
Please note: VAT is paid on receipt of the goods for any goods sent to the UK and custom charges may apply.

Online order returns policy
At The Shoe Parlour, we want to make your experience with us as easy and stress-free as possible. This is why we want to make purchasing goods online as simple as purchasing them in any of our stores.
We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund on any goods purchased online.
We accept returns within 28 days of when you place your order with us.
The goods must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
If you don’t have the original packaging please use a similar packaging bag so the box is protected in transit.
We won’t accept a return if it’s not in the original box or it isn’t in a resaleable condition.
If you return the box and it’s damaged there will be a €5 deduction from your refund.
Please include a note with your name, order number and amount paid in the box when returning an order. If it is possible, please include some form of contact details such as an email address or telephone number so we can inform you when your refund is issued.
Returns Address: Please note we ship from 3 locations on our website and we will include a sticker on your package with the returns address and a returns slip in the order. If you are unsure of the returns address please email us at info@theshoeparlour.ie and we will be happy to assist.
In-store purchase returns policy
The Shoe Parlour is happy to offer an exchange or credit note for any and all goods returned in a saleable condition.
You must have both the original receipt and the box for the shoes. It also must be returned within 14 days of purchasing.
We do not offer refunds on unwanted goods.
