Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, if you are a consumer purchasing goods online from us, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Please note: Shopify's native order cancellation covers pre-fulfilment cancellations only and does not constitute the statutory Right of Withdrawal under EU law. The dedicated withdrawal form, the "Withdraw from Contract" footer link, and the automatic acknowledgement email are provided via Revoq specifically to meet our obligations under EU consumer protection legislation.

Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original transaction. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, personalised/bespoke items, or sealed goods unsealed after delivery.
