Online order returns policy
At The Shoe Parlour, we want to make your experience with us as easy and stress-free as possible. This is why we want to make purchasing goods online as simple as purchasing them in any of our stores.
We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund on any goods purchased online. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
If you don’t have the original packaging please use a similar packaging bag so the shoe box is protected in transit.
We won’t accept a return if it’s not in the original box or it isn’t in a resaleable condition.
If you return the box and it’s damaged there will be a €5 deduction from your refund.
How to return your order
Please include a note with your name, order number and amount paid in the box when returning an order. If it is possible, please include some form of contact details also such as an email address or telephone number so we can inform you when your refund is issued. The goods must be in their original box & packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Disclaimer: Unfortunately we are not able to cover the cost to post the items back to us and we do not refund the shipping charge once the order is shipped. We deeply apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns from outside of Ireland
Returns may be subject to customs and VAT when returning items from outside of Ireland.
